The Serb president, Aleksandar Vucic is staying for a visit in Berlin, where he has met with German chancellor, Angela Merkel.
During this meeting, he has talked about the process of dialogue for the normalization of relations between Kosovo and Serbia.
“Germany, France, EU, US, Turkey and Russia should agree on a solution about the issue of Kosovo”, said the Serb president.
Meanwhile, Vucic is also quoted to have said to the German chancellor that he’s ready for a compromise regarding the issue of Kosovo.
“We’re ready for compromise. I told this to Merkel and both sides need to be ready for this”, he said.
Asked by a journalist what is the price that Serbia needs to pay for Kosovo, Vucic said that “I don’t know what to say about this”.
“Stability has no price and the armed conflict would take us back 100 years”, said the Serb president.
Vucic has also talked to the German chancellor about the Association of Serb Municipalities in Kosovo, asking for the agreement to be implemented based on what was agreed on in Brussels. /balkaneu.com/
